Thanks to support from our church and the local community, we were able to send a group of 8 youth and 6 adults to the town of Hazard, in Knott County, Kentucky.  We again joined up with the organization, Appalachia Service Project, and spent the week working in two teams on two homes in the area.  This was a very rewarding trip for all involved.  It allowed everyone to share their time, talents, and treasures as God’s servants.  A lifetime of memories happened within the brief 8-day period.
